Manual & Automatic Inverter Control System for Tea Withering Fans
The Electronic Variuable Speed Drives are from ADLEE POWER manufactured in Taiwan under Licence from America, and widely used in Sri Lanka for Drier Control panels, Withering Control Panels etc. ranging from 1 HP to 25 HP.
Manual - Each Panel consists of an Inverter, 01 No. 3-Phase Contactor, overload Relay, Incoming MCB, 3-Positionb Selector Switch, necessary Push Buttons with Indicators, 01 No. Cooling Fan, 01 No. A/c Reactor (Harmonic Chole) and enclosed in Dust and Vermin Proof Powder-coated Metal Enclosure.
Automatic - All features are the same as indicated above, additionally Programmable Logic Controller of Japanese or European make, will be fitted to control the Inverter speed automatically according to 5 different pre-set, adjustable programmes, in order to reduce the fan speed automatically. Manual Controller is also provided separately. The Inverter will have in-built soft start facility to reduce the starting current.
Pre-set programmes could be changed according to customer’s requirements, if necessary. |
